School will be finishing for the Christmas break at 2pm on Friday 21st December 2018, please remember to pick up your child promptly. As Bright Sparks will also be finishing at the same time there will be no after school childcare provision after 2pm. Thank you.
There will be no Star Pupil Assembly on Friday 21st December. Star Pupils will return in the New Year.
The Key Stage 2 Christingle will take place on Thursday 20th December 2018. ALL children will need to be collected from St. Pauls Church at 2:45pm, including children in Years 4 to 6 who would normally walk home from school alone. Please be advised that Bright Sparks will not be operating an after school club on Thursday 20th or Friday 21st December 2018.
Parents are welcome to attend the service which starts at 2:15pm, but please remember that space in the church is quite limited. We would politely request that younger children are not brought to this event as it is a church service and not a school assembly. Thank you for your support and understanding.

The cook will be serving a Christmas lunch next Tuesday, 18th December 2018. If your child is in KS2 and has not placed an order and paid for the meal, you will need to provide a packed lunch from home. If your child is in KS2 and is entitled to a ‘Free School Meal’, a lunch will have already been automatically ordered. Unfortunately it is now too late to order a Christmas lunch. If you need further clarification, please speak to the school office.
HATS AND GLOVES
As the weather is getting colder, please remember to send your child to school with a hat and gloves.
CHILDREN ARRIVING EARLY TO SCHOOL
We have noticed an increase in children arriving very early to school in the mornings. Staff are not on duty and are not responsible for pupils before the start of the school day. The school is open to pupils from 8:35am, please do not bring or send your child to school before this time. Thank you for your support in this matter.
We are currently experiencing technical problems with some areas of our website. Please bear with us while we try to get it fully operational again. Thank you.
