YEAR 5 CLASS ASSEMBLY
The Year 5 Class Assembly will take place next Thursday 29th November 2018 at 2.45pm. All most welcome to attend.
A really good website that we have been using in school is www.timestables.co.uk. This is a fun way to help your child gain fluency in all their times tables. Take a look and let us know what you think. If you have any other good websites that you would like to share with other parents, please let us know so that we can pass them on.
NEWPORT WINTER LANTERN PARADE 2018
We will be taking part this Saturday in the Newport Winter Lantern Parade and switching on of the Christmas lights. The parade moves off at 5.45pm from Matalan car park, finishing at approximately 6.45pm at Town Quay. Please come along and support us. Thank you to Mrs Bast, Mrs Downer and Miss Sheaf for running this ever popular after school club. The lanterns do look really amazing.
Please do not hesitate to contact the school office if you are unsure, or have any issues using, the school money system www.eduspot.co.uk. We will be only too willing to assist. Remember we are unable to accept payment by cash for school lunches, trips or activities. Donations for mufti days and the Friends’ of Summerfields can be paid for using cash.
