WORLD BOOK DAY
Well done to everyone who came to school dressed as their favourite book character today. Members of staff have commented on how wonderful the children’s costumes have been this year, especially the homemade ones!
HEAD GIRL AND BOY
We would like to thank Macey and Archy for taking on the role of Head Girl and Head Boy, they were a credit to our school and did an outstanding job, well done. Their term has now ended so we would like to introduce Rebecca and Joshua who take on the role. We wish them well.

VARIOUS FORMS FOR PARENTS TO COMPLETE
New ethnicity forms have been sent home to parents of pupils in Years R, 1 and 2 this week. Parent questionnaires have also been sent home to children in all year groups. We would be grateful if these could be completed and sent back to school via the green box by Friday 10th March. Thank you.
Each half term the “House Points” from each class are collected and the House with the most points wins the trophy! Below are the House Point totals for the spring first half term:-
Arctic House 557
Atlantic House 624
Indian House 450
Pacific House 468
Therefore champions for last half term were Atlantic House. Congratulations!
This week we received a phone call from a parent informing us that they nearly drove into a car that was parked on double yellow lines on the corner of Atkinson Drive. There has also been an incident with a delivery lorry, again due to cars parking inconsiderately. We understand the parking problems that parents face every day and would not be offended if you reported the parking issues around school to the Police by telephoning 101.
