HELPING YOUR CHILD STAY SAFE ONLINE

Every family should have received this week a leaflet produced by the NSPCC A parents’ guide to being Share Aware.  This is an excellent leaflet to assist parents in keeping their children safe on line.  Please take time to go through this with your child.

NATIONAL CURRICULUM PARENT MEETINGS

As you are probably aware, next week teachers are holding a series of meetings for parents regarding the expectations for each year group.  These meetings are your opportunity to ask any questions that you may have following the leaflets sent home this week for children in Years 1 to 6.  We look forward to meeting with you.

SCHOOL MONEY

Thank you to all the parents who have started using schoolmoney.co.uk to pay for dinners, trips, etc.  Please can as many people as possible use the new system, even for just the odd dinner as this will assist with the administration in the school office. If anyone requires any assistance, please speak to Mrs Dyer in the office.  Thank you.

WORD OF THE WEEK

The word of the week is “ruminate”.
